Payson Temple Winter Wedding | Courtney Blair Photo

Talia and Bryce had their winter wedding at Payson Temple in December with a reception at The Startup Building. We were getting a large winter storm the night of their wedding so it made their wedding day super windy. It was a gorgeous, sunny day, however, and Talia and Bryce braved the cold for photos around the temple. We took only a few photos with everyone at the Payson Temple and we saved the rest to take inside their reception space. When they exited the temple, all of their loved ones cheered them on and giving them hugs and warm wishes. Talia broke her foot right before I took their engagement photos in October and unfortunately, she was still in a boot for her wedding day. She was such a trooper and I never heard her complain once about being in the cast! I took Talia and Bryce’s snowy Park City Bridals and their engagements so this was my third time being around this wonderful couple. I loved our time together and wish they’d get married again so we could spend more time together haha 🙂

All of their friends and family were waiting for them to exit the temple to give them hugs.
This was one of the only family photos we took a the temple because it was so cold. They decided to do the majority of family photos at their reception space.

After we left the Payson Temple, we headed to The Startup Building in Provo, Utah for their luncheon and reception. We took a few family and wedding party photos before eating a catered lunch from Costa Vida. Afterwards, a few family members and friends gave speeches.

After the speeches, there was a break to set up and decorate the venue. I ended up staying at the venue to get some work done on my laptop and I ended up helping out with the decorating. I love getting to serve couples in any way I can on their wedding days 🙂

In case you’re wondering how LDS wedding days typically go (because I had no idea when I moved to Utah from Georgia), the couple will normally have their temple sealing in the morning or early afternoon with just family and close friends attending then they will have a luncheon with those people afterwards. In the evening the couples have their reception with a bigger group.

Look at how pretty all of their decorations were! I loved their wedding colors and I thought it looked great against the brick.
These were seriously some of the best cupcakes I’ve ever eaten 🙂
