Keanna and Thomas wanted their engagement photos to be taken at a unique location so they chose the Great Salt Lake for the engagement session. I love coming to this spot for its golden sunset and dreamy, pastel colors that present themselves after the sun sets. We had originally planned to meet at a different location, however, there was a concert happening so we had to switch plans on the fly. Luckily, we got this amazing spot at the Great Salt Lake all to ourselves for this beautiful engagement session.

I had texted Keanna earlier in the day just reaffirming our session and told her I’d be parked in a black Subaru. She immediately texted back saying they would be in a blue Subaru and so we immediately bonded over being Subaru drivers 😉 IYKYK! But then when they showed up both wearing Chacos was when I was convinced that we would really get along great. I pretty much live in my Chacos all summer long and this was the warmest day of the year so far!

I loved getting to know this sweet couple and am so in love with their engagement session 🙂 They brought two different options, which I though both really worked for the Great Salt Lake!
