One of my favorite places in Utah for a bridals session is Tibble Fork in American Fork Canyon. This spot is very popular, but for good reason. It’s beautiful pretty much year-round and convenient as it’s not too far up the canyon. There is a $6 fee to go there or if you have the national parks pass, you can use that. Jen and Chris have become great friends of mine throughout their wedding planning and process. I loved taking their engagement photos in Big Cottonwood Canyon back in early March during a snow storm. We really clicked and I really felt creative working with them. We bonded over our love of The Office and Chris also loves photography and enjoys landscape photography. When we met up for their bridals session at Tibble Fork Reservoir, I felt that same energy and love the shots we got as well as joking around with the two of them 🙂
We started their bridals session with their official “first look.” I think that “first looks” are really fun to capture and I was a total sap at theirs. They both were very emotional seeing each other in their wedding attire and just embraced while hugging for a few minutes. (I teared up too!) Afterwards, we went to three different locations at the reservoir. They are getting married next week and I am so excited to celebrate with them!
