I love being able to come to Arches National Park for engagement sessions and elopements. Located just 3.5 hours from where I live, Moab is my favorite place in the world. I come here a few times a year just to explore places I’ve never been before. The possibilities are limitless here. I am really familiar with Arches National Park, Canyonlands, Dead Horse Point State Park, and the BLM lands located in Moab. I’m happy to help you plan your engagement session in Arches National Park and/or the other incredible locations here.
Kat and Conner live in Ohio, which is where they got engaged. They already had a trip planned out to Utah visiting all 5 national parks so they thought why not choose Arches National Park for their engagement session? Luckily they were okay with doing sunrise photos as I’m a morning person 🙂 The only negative thing about Arches is that it does get busy. So doing these photos at sunrise vs sunset we didn’t see anyone else there!! It was so surprising because normally, this spot is super crowded. I had so much fun climbing around on the rocks with these two and getting the whole spot to ourselves.
If you want to take your engagement photos in Arches, there are many cool locations to choose from. I know some awesome spots in the park. We just have to stay on trail and leave no trace. It is super important to be careful about where you step. The desert is so delicate!
Depending on how much or how little you’d like to hike to get to your spot, I can send you some suggestions for locations.
